- Your agent introduces themselves. They’ll confirm which types of coverage you’d like to discuss. This is sometimes called a Scope of Appointment, and it doesn’t commit you to anything.
- Your agent helps. Any plan details, costs or personal information are handled directly between you and your agent.
- You decide. There’s no obligation to enroll in anything.
